A Night Run with a Message

The Udupi Night Run – Drug-Free Udupi is a community running event focused on fitness, participation and awareness.

The 3rd Edition brings together runners, fitness enthusiasts and citizens with a shared message:

Say No to Drugs and Yes to a Healthy Life.

The event is designed for both experienced runners and people who enjoy running for fitness and fun.

A 7.5 KM Untimed Community Run

Participants will take part in a 7.5 KM purely untimed community run.

There will be no prizes or placements. Instead, the event focuses on participation, fitness, sportsmanship and supporting the message of a Drug-Free Udupi.

Participants are encouraged to:

  1. Run at their own comfortable pace.
  2. Follow their chosen pace and avoid changing it unnecessarily.
  3. Maintain good sportsmanship.
  4. Respect fellow runners.
  5. Avoid pushing, obstructing or inconveniencing other participants.
  6. Follow instructions from organizers and volunteers.

Building a Drug-Free Udupi

The event brings together running and community awareness around the message of maintaining a healthy and drug-free lifestyle.

The organizers encourage participants to support one another, stay safe and contribute to a healthier future for Udupi.

Who Can Attend?

The event is open to participants aged 14 years and above.

Both experienced runners and people who run for fitness and fun are encouraged to participate.
