Haleyangadi Seawalk Run returns for Season 2 on Sunday, 15 November 2026. The coastal running event takes participants along the scenic Haleyangadi Sea Walk beside the Arabian Sea, offering open skies, ocean views and the sound of waves.
Presented by Sri Vidya Vinayaka Yuvaka Mandala (R.), Haleyangadi and Sri Vidya Vinayaka Rajatha Seva Trust (R.), Haleyangadi, the event is held in collaboration with Surathkal Beach Runners (SBR). It receives support from the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, and the Youth Service & Sports Department, My Bharat Dakshina Kannada District.
Three race categories are offered:
- 10K Run – Flag-off at 6:00 AM (Open and Veteran categories)
- 5K Run – Flag-off at 6:30 AM (Open category)
- 2K Saree Run – Flag-off at 7:30 AM (Female participants aged 18 years and above)
Every finisher receives a medal. Participants are also provided free breakfast, hydration support and a goodie bag. Ambulance support, food & hydration points, volunteers and mobile support will be available on race day.
