SUMADHUR 3 brings a grand evening of Konkani music, live performances, choreography and entertainment to Mangaluru on Sunday, November 1, 2026. Headlined by singer, composer, actress and classical vocal trainer Joshal Sweeda Dsouza, the concert brings together leading voices, musicians, dancers and stage personalities for an evening built around Konkani melodies, cinematic songs, original compositions and energetic Baila rhythms.

The third edition of the SUMADHUR concert series will be presented by Sumadhur Sangeeth Academy in association with Catholic Action League (CAL), Bendur, at the Father Muller Convention Centre, Kankanady, Mangaluru.

A Musical Evening Featuring Joshal Sweeda Dsouza

Joshal Sweeda Dsouza leads the evening as the main vocalist and headliner. A professionally trained Carnatic classical vocalist and keyboardist, she has built her musical career across Konkani, Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam and Tulu music. Her work as a singer, composer, actress and music trainer has also taken her into live concerts, films and television.

The evening will feature a diverse musical presentation combining classical foundations with popular Konkani cinema tracks, original compositions and Baila-inspired performances. The production will also include live musical accompaniment, stage choreography and visual elements designed for a large-scale concert experience.

Featured Artists and Performers

Prajoth D'Sa, singer, music director and composer, joins the concert with a repertoire built through more than 16 years in Konkani music and over 1,000 studio recordings. He has also contributed vocals to the Grammy-winning album Divine Tides and the Grammy-nominated album Break of Dawn.

Melrick Dsouza brings a high-energy rock performance to the SUMADHUR 3 stage. Known for his live vocal performances, he has performed across India and the UAE and has shared stages with established artists including Ronan Keating and Kunal Ganjawala.

The live musical arrangements will be handled by Sanjay Rodrigues & The Band, led by music director and keyboardist Sanjay Rodrigues. The band will provide the concert's live musical backing, including acoustic and brass arrangements.

Urban Groove Dance Troupe, led by choreographers Avil D'Cruz and Sonal D'Souza, will add movement and visual energy to the production. The dance academy, founded in 2017, has worked on choreography for Konkani films and stage productions.
