Receptionist cum Sales Executive (Female)

Nivaara Home Interiors is looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Sales Executive (Female) to join its team in Udupi. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, handling front office responsibilities while assisting with sales enquiries and customer relationship management.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, have good communication skills, and are interested in building a career in the interior design and home décor industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
• Handle front desk operations and visitor management.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Support the sales team in customer follow-ups and lead management.
• Maintain customer records and appointment schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve sales targets through effective customer interaction.
