HR Executive (Male)

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience as an HR Generalist and be capable of managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities
Handle HRMS/HRIS systems and employee records
Coordinate employee onboarding and HR documentation
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
Support daily HR operations and administrative activities
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline
3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
Experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Knowledge of HRMS / HRIS software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Male candidates preferred as per employer requirement
