A leading Edible Oil Industry company in Mangalore is hiring an experienced Packing Supervisor / Officer to manage packaging operations, supervise production staff, and ensure quality and efficiency throughout the packing process.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the edible oil industry and possess strong leadership skills to manage packaging teams, maintain production targets, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily packaging and production activities.
Monitor packaging line efficiency and output quality.
Coordinate manpower and shift operations.
Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
Maintain packaging records and production reports.
Identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
Monitor packaging materials and inventory requirements.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance standards.
Drive continuous improvement in packaging processes.

Graduate or Diploma in Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Edible Oil Industry (Mandatory).
Experience in packaging, production, or manufacturing operations.
Knowledge of quality control and food safety standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and reporting abilities.
