Spindrift

Spindrift is a brew pub and restaurant on the fifth floor of Bharath Mall in Bijai, Mangaluru, and is widely described as the city's first craft brewery outlet. Beer is brewed in-house, with lager, wheat beer, ale and stout on tap, supported by a cocktail list. The food menu leans Continental and Italian with Thai and Sichuan additions, and dishes such as crab claws, barbecue chicken wings, Moroccan lamb cigars, dynamite prawns, ghee roast nachos, chicken lasagna and mango pannacotta are frequently ordered. Vegetarian and vegan choices are listed as well. The top-floor setting gives an open view of the city with wooden interiors, and reservations are accepted. Operating hours are noon to 11 pm, and the venue works well for evening gatherings and group bookings.
